Lisa has extensive experience in pelvic health working with men and women of all ages and pelvic conditions.
She is an APA Titled Women's, Men's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, meaning the APA recognise her as a highly qualified practitioner.
Lisa has completed post graduate studies in pelvic floor, prolapse care and pessary fitting.
Lisa approaches her work with sensitivity & care, wanting the best outcome for all her clients.
Kahlia is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2017 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Professional Honours in Exercise Physiology. Since graduating Kahlia has predominately worked in a private practice setting working with clients with a range of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions. She enjoys working with pre and post natal women, and men and women undergoing, and post, cancer treatment. Kahlia is passionate about educating individuals on the power of exercise for both prevention and treatment and providing tailored exercise programs to help clients achieve their goals and improve their health. Outside of work Kahlia enjoys staying fit and active by strength training in the gym, playing touch football and exploring the natural beauty that Tasmania’s environment has to offer.
JJ qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2014 having studied in Victoria. Since joining Physiofit in 2015 she has gained much experience in a range of massage modalities including, , manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy and baby massage. She is passionate about good health and well-being for members of the whole family. When not working as a RMT, JJ is being mum to Phoebe And Hugo, while working on the farm as well.
Denise has been a member of the Physiofit team since 2012 and provides an extensive range of qualified services. These include manual lymphatic drainage therapy*, remedial massage therapy and Yoga which has provided her with knowledge on the therapeutic benefits of stretching.
Denise also holds qualifications in cupping and completed further study in neck and shoulder pain. She has a keen interest in all of these areas.
In her down time Denise enjoys jazz, tap dance, drawing and eating chocolate!

Cecilia graced Physiofit with her presence in March, 2017, joining the team as a massage therapist. Originally from New Zealand, with Pacific Island background, she has 20 years of massage experience, working in clinics, hospices, hospitals and her own business. Her style is unique and caters for each individual. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and genders including pre and post natal women. Cecilia has a wonderful sense of humour, keeping the staff entertained. When not massaging she spends her time reading.
